Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, calls and other communication matters. Prepare reports, presentations, expense claims and other documents. Assist with invoice processing and maintain accurate records. Maintain proper filing and documentation of business records. Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on administrative matters. Support day-to-day office operations and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
