Procurement Executive (East | 1 year Contract $5000) #HJO

Job Responsibilities • Execute MRP requirements, supply forecasts and exception reports to suppliers to ensure timely material availability. • Monitor supplier delivery commitments and ensure materials are supplied according to production requirements. • Expedite deliveries and work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material shortages. • Manage and resolve quality notifications, change requests, supplier returns, goods receipt and invoice discrepancies. • Coordinate closely with suppliers, Production, Planning, Quality and other internal teams on material supply matters. • Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier and material data within SAP ERP. • Monitor inventory levels and support initiatives to optimise inventory while minimising excess stock. • Ensure purchasing and planning activities comply with established procedures and requirements. • Support other supply assurance, purchasing and material planning activities as required. Requirements • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. • Around 1–2 years of relevant experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Material Planning, Supply Planning or Buyer functions is preferred. • Prior exposure to an electronics, mechanical, biotechnology, microelectronics or similar manufacturing environment will be advantageous. • Hands-on knowledge of SAP ERP is required. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills when working with suppliers and internal teams.
