Head of Cost & Contracts (Listed Property Developer)

Responsibilities • Lead the cost and contracts team across development and project works. • Oversee cost planning, budgeting, estimates and value engineering exercises. • Review tender documents, pricing schedules and contract-related submissions. • Manage tender processes, evaluations, clarifications and award recommendations. • Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal project teams on cost and contract matters. • Monitor project costs, variations, claims, disputes and final accounts. • Ensure proper contract administration and compliance with agreed commercial terms. • Guide the team, improve work processes and ensure timely delivery of reports and submissions. Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field. • Extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost management and contracts administration. • Strong knowledge of tendering, cost planning, contract law, variations, claims and final accounts. • Good leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills Please submit your updated resume in Word format by using the Apply Now Button.
