Senior Accounts Executive (up to $5,000 + AWS + VB / Central)

[Job ID: 1681710] Responsibilities • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions. • Maintain a full set of accounts, including fixed assets records and reporting. • Prepare and submit monthly management accounts and financial reports within reporting deadlines. • Handle quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with relevant accounting and tax regulations. • Coordinate with tax agents to support accurate and timely corporate tax filings. • Liaise with internal and external auditors during financial and statutory audits. • Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting. • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, GST requirements, and corporate tax regulations. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. • Experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is an added advantage.
