Customer Relations Officer (HIP)

Responsibilities • Manage public relation issues and respond to general project enquiries from residents to maintain positive community relations • Receive, document, and resolve resident feedback and complaints by coordinating timely maintenance and repair works within flats • Perform clerical duties as assigned by immediate supervisors to support project administration • Build and maintain good rapport with residents to foster a positive living environment • Attend construction working committee meetings and provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth meeting operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Minimum GCE 'A' Level • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role managing resident relations or project enquiries • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents and team members • Pleasant personality and friendly disposition to enhance resident interactions • Experience with HDB HIP projects is an added advantage • Work schedule: 5.5 days per week or alternate full Saturdays • Location: Pasir Ris
