Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates. • Support employee relations activities by helping to address staff inquiries and maintain positive workplace communication. • Assist in the performance review process and help track employee training needs. • Coordinate and support employee training programs and development activities. • Assist with payroll preparation, employee benefits administration, and other HR documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. • Help manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers in the construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining good living conditions. • Provide general administrative and HR support, including filing, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
