Operations Manager

Job Description: The Operations Manager will oversee and manage all operational activities within the company. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and understanding of the construction and machinery sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations departments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. • Oversee fleet management, ensuring proper maintenance, inventory control, and readiness of machinery and equipment for rent or sale. • Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and support staff. • Develop, implement, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. • Manage procurement, sourcing, and inventory management of machinery, equipment, and spare parts. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements. • Coordinate and oversee equipment delivery, servicing, and collection schedules to ensure timely execution. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. • Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring operational continuity.
