Job Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and coordination support to project teams for day-to-day construction activities. • Prepare, maintain and organize project documents, records, reports, correspondence and submissions. • Assist with project documentation such as purchase orders, delivery orders, work orders, progress claims and variation orders. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and other departments on project-related matters. • Assist in tracking project schedules, manpower, materials and site documentation. • Prepare meeting minutes, progress updates and other project reports when required. • Ensure project documents are properly filed, updated and easily accessible for audit and reference. • Handle general administrative duties and any other project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements: • Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field. • 1–3 years of relevant project administration experience in the construction or engineering industry preferred. • Familiarity with construction documentation and project coordination will be an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. • Good organizational, communication and coordination skills. • Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
