New Product Introduction Engineer

What a New Product Introduction Engineer does at HP: • Support new product development & introduction by defining comprehensive test plans and executing product reliability validations prior to launch. • Employ a variety of test equipment and software tools to conduct functional, environmental, and stress testing to ensure conformity to requirements. • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive, high-volume tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency using RPA & Machine Leaning. • Build dashboards using data visualization tools like PowerBI to track KPIs & drive decision making. • Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential issues early in the product lifecycle. • Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. • Strong engineering foundation with an ability to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly. • Prior experience using RPA, Machine Learning, & PowerBI. • Data driven with proven analytical thinking & problem-solving capabilities. • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, independent & highly motivated. • What’s in it for you: • Professional development and career coaching. • High visibility projects with leaders. • Partner and work with country, regional and worldwide teams. • Diverse community and buddy support. • Competitive remuneration package.
