We are seeking a commercially-driven operator to take full ownership of our revenue-generating storefronts and live channels. This role is the engine room of our social commerce business. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-converting live streams, managing backend store operations across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, and YouTube Shopping, driving affiliate traffic, and ensuring every transaction—from checkout to delivery—is seamless and profitable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES A. LIVE STREAMING MANAGEMENT (Multi-Platform) • End-to-End Production: Plan, script, and execute daily/weekly live streaming calendars across TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live. • Hosting & Talent Management: Act as the primary on-air host or manage a roster of guest hosts/KOLs. Drive urgency, narrate product benefits, and moderate real-time chat interactions to maximize conversion (GPM). • Campaign Strategy: Develop thematic live-selling campaigns (e.g., "Flash Sales," "New Launch Drops," "Holiday Countdowns") tailored to each platform's audience behavior. • Real-Time Optimization: Monitor live metrics (viewer count, conversion rate, AOV) and pivot the sales pitch, product lineup, or voucher mechanics instantly based on audience engagement. • Technical Production: Set up and manage streaming equipment (OBS Studio, encoders, multi-camera switching, lighting, audio) to ensure zero-downtime broadcasts. B. STORE & TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT (Unified Commerce) • Multi-Store Backend Operations: Manage product listings, inventory synchronization, and dynamic pricing across TikTok Seller Center, Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, Instagram Shop, and YouTube Shopping. • Inventory Control: Work with the warehouse/ERP team to ensure real-time stock syncing across all platforms to prevent overselling during concurrent flash sales. • Order Lifecycle Oversight: Monitor the full transaction journey from checkout to delivery—tracking fulfillment SLAs, managing return/refund processes, and resolving disputes to maintain a healthy Shop Score (>4.8/5.0). • Promotion Engineering: Configure platform-specific vouchers, bundle deals, flash sales, shipping subsidies, and coin/cashback mechanics respecting each platform's commission structure. • Payment Reconciliation: Track settlement cycles, identify payout discrepancies, and manage chargebacks across multiple payment gateways (e.g., ShopeePay, TikTok Wallet, BNPL, credit cards). C. AFFILIATE & TRAFFIC SOURCING (Omni-Channel) • Affiliate Ecosystem Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage platform-specific affiliates—TikTok KOLs/KOCs, Shopee Affiliates, Lazada Sponsored Affiliates, Instagram Creators, and YouTube Shopping partners. • Traffic Amplification: Strategically deploy paid ads (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions) to drive targeted traffic to live streams and storefronts, ensuring a strong Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). • Commission Structuring: Design competitive commission tiers and sample-seeding programs to motivate top-performing affiliates. D. PLATFORM DIVERSIFICATION & NEW OPPORTUNITIES • Emerging Platforms: Evaluate and pilot new sales channels such as Amazon Live, Pinterest Shopping, Telegram Commerce, or WeChat Mini-Programs. • Marketplace Expansion: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new platforms—from account setup, API integration, and store design to the execution of the first sale. • Competitive Benchmarking: Continuously monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and live stream tactics across all platforms and recommend strategic counter-moves. E. DATA ANALYSIS & UNIFIED REPORTING • Performance Dashboards: Consolidate cross-platform data into a master dashboard tracking GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV, Traffic Sources, Platform-Specific Shop Scores, and Net Profit Margins. • Post-Mortem Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports after major sale campaigns (11.11, 12.12, Year-End Sales) comparing performance across all active platforms. • Forecasting: Use historical data to forecast inventory needs, staffing requirements, and ad budget allocation for upcoming sale periods. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Experience: • 2–4 years in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Marketplace Operations. • Must have hands-on experience with at least two of the following: TikTok Seller Center, Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, Instagram Shopping, or YouTube Shopping. • Proven track record of managing live streams that generated significant GMV. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in live streaming software (OBS Studio, StreamYard, vMix). • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, voucher mechanics, and fulfillment workflows. • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reconciliation. • Familiarity with multi-channel management tools (e.g., Dulab, Sellu, BigCommerce). Soft Skills: • Charismatic Presenter: High energy, comfortable on camera for extended periods, and skilled at handling trolls/comments gracefully. • Negotiation: Ability to negotiate commission rates and co-funding deals with platform account managers. • Crisis Management: Calm under pressure—able to handle technical glitches, stockouts, or negative comments during live sessions. • Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of P&L, margins, and unit economics. WORKING CONDITIONS • Flexible Shifts: Must be available for peak live-streaming windows, including evenings, weekends, and mega-sale events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12). • Studio-Based: Regular presence in the studio for live stream production.
