Operation Pharmacist (Healthcare Logistics) - Up to $5.7K #HKH

• Lead and support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including work flow management, inventory management, manpower deployment, and operational problem-solving. • Analyse operational data and processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. • Lead or support quality improvement and operational excellence projects to improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and cost-efficiency. • Identify opportunities to digitise and automate manual or repetitive processes within pharmacy operations. • Work with IT teams and vendors to translate operational requirements into system solutions, including system testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and enhancements. • Act as a Pharmacy System Superuser, supporting user training, system adoption, and downtime or contingency workflows. • Apply data analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve operational problems and improve business performance. • Support strategic and cross-functional projects, including analytics, process improvement, and transformation initiatives beyond Pharmacy where appropriate. • Stay informed of relevant industry, technology, analytics, and healthcare trends and identify opportunities to continuously improve and transform pharmacy operations.
