📢 Lab Operations Analyst / Lab Admin | 1-Year Contract 🧪 Life Sciences / Laboratory Environment 📅 1-Year Contract 🕘 5-Day Office Hours Looking for someone who enjoys laboratory operations, coordination, inventory and process improvement . This role focuses on keeping day-to-day lab operations organised and efficient, with exposure to sample management, laboratory systems and documentation. Key Responsibilities • Manage laboratory inventory and support accurate stock control, cycle counts and FIFO processes • Coordinate sample management , collection tracking and resolution of sample discrepancies • Monitor laboratory expenditure and maintain accurate operational records • Prepare and track operational metrics such as inventory accuracy, stock-outs, sample discrepancies and collection adherence • Coordinate with testing teams to identify opportunities to improve turnaround time • Support implementation and improvement of laboratory inventory management systems • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, including service contract discussions • Ensure laboratory services are billed accurately and on time • Maintain documentation according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Data Integrity requirements • Prepare and revise SOPs relating to assigned areas • Support digitisation, sample traceability and process improvement initiatives • Provide general operational and administrative support to the laboratory/technical team 📩 Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @jocelynchan.
