[Job ID: 1691010] Job Summary: Join a dynamic IT team supporting users, systems, and infrastructure across local and regional operations while contributing to business-critical technology initiatives. Responsibilities: • Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, system, and end-user issues across local and regional offices. • Administer user accounts, access rights, and IT resources within Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ERP systems, and related business applications, including onboarding and offboarding support. • Support the maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and deployment of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity controls. • Manage IT assets, software licences, inventory records, vendor coordination, and equipment lifecycle activities, including repairs and warranty claims. • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, technology rollouts, SAP support, CCTV systems, documentation, and operational reporting. Requirements: • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT user support, helpdesk, desktop support, or a related IT operations environment. • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, operating systems, enterprise applications, remote support tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Active Directory. Exposure to SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to support users across different levels of the organisation. • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence, with own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings, and willing to travel between company offices and regional locations when required.
