Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Our Accounting Firmneeds you to perform the following for our clients: • Handle full sets of accounts for SMEs client • Computing Taxation for corporation with its related schedules and submission of Form C/C-S • Compilation of the Unaudited Financial Report in accordance to the Singapore Financial Report Standard • GST report and filling • Possibly leading a small team and to guide and impart skills and knowledge • Liaise with auditor • Related duties assigned by the management • To be able to communicate with client independently • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements • Degree in accounting / Ongoing ACCA / ACCA graduates or equivalent • At least 1 – 3 years full set account processing experience • Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles · Proficient in Microsoft Excel(including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous Experience with accounting software(QuickBooks and Xero) is an advantage Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business ReportingLanguage) advantageous · Positive attitude, meticulous andsomeone with initiative • Eager to learn and able to work independently under pressure · Possess strong honesty, integrityand confidentiality · Good communications andinterpersonal skills, able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise withChinese speaking associates) · Team Player · Able to meet tight schedule Benefits • 5-days work week • Medical & Dental benefits uponconfirmation • Increased annual leaveentitlements • Birthday Leaves upon confirmation • Long service award and cashincentive • Annual salary review &performance bonus for confirmed employees • Company reward incentives forconfirmed employees • Quarterly employee engagementactivities • Free snacks and drinks • Free monthly company arrangedlunch & drinks • Corporate Individual Mobile SchemePlans • Training & Development
