Accounts Manager

Roles& Responsibilities • Provide management over a portfolio of clients to ensure required filings and submissions to be done by stipulated timeline • Achieve team and individual budgets, business plans and performance objectives • Scheduling, Monitor, control, coach, train and develop team members including reviewing of tax computations, GST computations, accounting treatment and preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant governing law • Work with external auditors, resolving any accounting or tax related issues for portfolio of clients • Prepare and filing XBRL financial statements on behalf of Clients • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements • Recognized Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA etc.) • At least 5 years relevant experience with a senior role experience • Analytical with good inter-personal skills and enjoys challenges • Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLookup and Pivot Table) advantageous • Proficient in XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) advantageous Benefits • 5-days work week • Medical & Dental benefits uponconfirmation • Increased annual leaveentitlements • Birthday Leaves upon confirmation • Long service award and cashincentive • Annual salary review &performance bonus for confirmed employees • Company reward incentives forconfirmed employees • Quarterly employee engagementactivities • Free snacks and drinks • Free monthly company arrangedlunch & drinks • Corporate Individual Mobile SchemePlans • Training & Development
