Key Responsibilities: • Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders. • Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders. • Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule. • Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers. • Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers. • Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers • Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license. • Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly. • Any other assigned duties by supervisor. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Competent in MS Office and Outlook • Candidates with 2-5 years of experience are welcome • Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Detail oriented and able to multi-task • Demonstrate sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player • Good in mathematical calculations. Salary: $3.5K ++ Location: Surface Engineering Hub (Bus pickup provided at Jurong East at 7:30 am) Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am –5:00 pm Benefits Package: Remuneration : 13th-month pay (AWS) plus a yearly variable bonus.
