Job Responsibilities • Receive, capture and process high volumes of vendor invoices. • Verify and match invoices against Purchase Orders (POs) and supporting documents. • Ensure accuracy of quantities, prices and payment terms. • Post verified invoices accurately and promptly into the financial system (e.g. SAP). • Perform general administrative duties and support the Accounts Payable team as required. ✅ Requirements • Minimum GCE O Levels • Able to handle high-volume and repetitive administrative work. • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately. • Able to start work immediately. • Must be able to commit for the full 3-month contract period.
