• Contact existing vendors to communicate the UEN/NRIC payment transition exercise. • Collect, record, and consolidate vendors’ responses, including preferred payment arrangements. • Assist with the maintenance and updating of vendor master records in the system • Perform callback verifications to authenticate vendor information and ensure data accuracy. • Handle vendors’ queries in a timely and professional manner • Compile and maintain a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document for payment transition exercise. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements • Minimum GCE A-Level qualification. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Meticulous, organised with good communication skills.
