Provide administrative and executive support to senior management, including calendar, meetings, travel and expense arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting materials and other documents. Coordinate meetings, record minutes and follow up on action items. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on administrative matters. Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements for management and business guests. Support corporate services activities, including invoice processing, claims and document management. Assist with corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events. Handle incoming correspondence and general administrative enquiries. Support ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.
