Sales Support Executive [WCAN]

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department and assist with daily sales operations. • Respond to customer calls, emails and messages and ensure enquiries are followed up promptly when Sales Representatives are unavailable. • Process customer orders by verifying pricing, discounts, product codes and inventory availability before preparing sales orders. • Assist walk-in customers and provide general customer support when the Marketing team is unavailable. • Prepare sales revenue updates for the Commercial team based on information from the Accounts Department. • Follow up with key customers on after-sales matters, including service quotations, service issues and loan-unit arrangements, in coordination with the Sales Department Head. • Prepare quotations and other sales-related documents. • Use appropriate AI and digital tools to support efficient administrative processes. • Perform other relevant administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
