Insurance Admin Assistant

Responsibilities • Prepare and send quotation for new/pre-owned passenger and commercial vehicles to sales consultants/external customers. • Process and administer insurance applications, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely and accurate manner. • Prepare, verify, and maintain insurance documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with insurance companies, customers, financial institutions, and internal departments on insurance-related matters. • Monitor policy issuance, renewals, premium payments, and follow up on outstanding documents where necessary. • Assist in the submission and processing of insurance claims and maintain proper claims records. • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases for all insurance transactions and customer documentation. • Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, document scanning, correspondence, and report preparation. • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to meet deadlines. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Prior experience in insurance administration will be an advantage. • Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience who are keen to learn are welcome to apply.
