Warehouse Administration Coordinator (West / 5.5 days) [EL]

Warehouse & System Operations • Process and maintain accurate operational data, transactions and updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or customer systems. • Ensure system records are updated accurately and in a timely manner. • Monitor operational information and documentation to support smooth warehouse activities. Customer Coordination • Serve as a point of contact for customers on daily operational matters. • Respond to customer enquiries and requests via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner. • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer requirements and resolve operational issues. Billing & Documentation • Verify billing summaries against supporting operational documents. • Ensure billing information is accurate and aligned with customer requirements. • Follow up on discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Inbound & Outbound Operations • Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines. • Monitor operational schedules and promptly highlight potential delays or issues. • Escalate irregularities, discrepancies and customer escalations to the direct supervisor. • Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
