To apply or find out more, please contact Leong Jia Wei (Reg No: R25157456) jiawei@placement.com.sg OR Whatsapp +65 8086 3812 I also carry more Junior and Senior variants of this role; please browse our Company Page to find out more. https://www.mycareersfuture.gov.sg/companies/placement-professionals-53226217D ' • Promptly acknowledge and respond to emails received from various clients and brokers within a reasonable timeframe. • Coordinate with the underwriting and claims departments regarding requests received from clients and brokers. • Generate Statements of Accounts (SOAs) from the system, conduct regular reconciliations, and share them with clients and brokers. • Work closely with the payment department to facilitate timely payments to clients and brokers. • Follow up consistently with brokers and clients on outstanding company dues and ensure prompt collection of premiums. • Report long-outstanding cases to the underwriting department for further action. • Prepare and submit the required reports. • Review and monitor the status of outstanding matters. • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
