Responsibilities: * Update and maintain data related to Facilities and M&E Equipment Inventory system. * Support team activities, organise internal meetings, manage minor projects and handle ad-hoc tasks. * Manage of Ariba procurement system and support office operations for FSS. * Monitor and order office supplies as needed to ensure department runs smoothly. * Assist with preparation of basic presentation slides and documentation. * Provide general administrative support as required.
