Compliance Executive [SAS]

Compliance & Advisory • Provide general compliance guidance to salespersons on property-related matters, in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and company policies. • Manage and respond to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, audit checks and follow-up actions. • Monitor relevant compliance matters and support the department in maintaining appropriate documentation and records. Claims & Dispute Resolution • Represent the Company in matters before the Small Claims Tribunals (SCT), where authorised. • Attend mediation sessions and assist in the resolution of commission-related disputes. • Manage and follow up on claims, disputes and related correspondence as required. Stakeholder Support • Handle enquiries, feedback and concerns raised by salespersons and clients. • Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries and provide appropriate assistance or referrals. • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of enquiries and issues. Documentation & Other Duties • Prepare and draft legal, compliance and other relevant documents in accordance with established requirements. • Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to compliance, claims and dispute matters. • Perform other relevant ad hoc assignments as assigned in support of the department.
