Sales Admin (Preparing Quotation)

• High End Furniture Industry • Central • Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, Alt Sat (WFH) 9am - 1pm • Basic Up $2800 + Incentives + AWS + PB • Experienced in preparing quotation in Sales Environment Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the Sales team and maintain sales-related records and documents. • Prepare quotations, pricing documents, and pre- and post-tender documentation. • Request and negotiate quotations with suppliers and coordinate with clients and internal teams. • Check purchase orders, follow up on orders, deliveries, and installation schedules. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience , preferably in a sales environment. • Experience in preparing quotations is a must. • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word .
