MANAGEMMENT TRAINEE, GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE

Duties: • Assist the Golf Course Manager in the care, upkeep and maintenance of the Club’s 18-hole golf course. • Assist in the maintenance of course infrastructure and facilities, including bunkers, fairways, greens, drainage systems and other course areas. • Perform turf and grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking and repairs. • Operate buggies and golf course maintenance equipment safely and responsibly across different terrains. • Carry out routine cleaning, maintenance and proper storage of equipment and machinery, ensuring good housekeeping standards. • Assist with general landscaping, course improvement and other maintenance works as required. • Provide set-up and operational support for Club's events. • Undertake required maintenance or technical duties when required. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent. Requirements • Physically fit and able to perform hands-on, labor-intensive work, including bending, lifting, standing, pushing, pulling and climbing. • Hands-on, responsible and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Able to follow instructions and established work procedures. • Able to operate and handle equipments safely and responsibly. • Able to work 6 days a week, including shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. • A team player with a positive attitude and hardworking individual. • We welcome locals and foreign employment pass holders.
