Marketing Assistant (Gov | $2760 | Contract)

Department: Media & Publicity Location: Novena Duration: 3 months - renewable/convertible based on performance / business needs Salary : $2760/month Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm Responsibilities • Support integrated marketing communications initiatives , including market research, campaign management and media planning. • Create publicity materials for internal communications, campaign launches and ad hoc requests. • Provide secretariat support to the proofreading committee. • Assign translated materials to proofreaders and coordinate reviews for accuracy, tone and appropriate language nuances. • Assist with marketing reports to track campaign progress, results and impact. Requirements • Knowledge of offline and digital marketing communications. • Familiarity with market research, creative development and media-buying processes. • Able to prepare marketing reports and monitor campaign performance. • Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. • Meticulous, organised and able to coordinate multiple assignments within deadlines. • Able to commit to the entire duration/longer.
