Pharmacist (Hospitals/ Up to $11.5k Basic!)

[Job Order: 1609777] Responsibilities • Provide high‑quality clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients in a multidisciplinary environment. • Review medication orders and prescriptions to ensure appropriateness, safety, and compliance with clinical standards. • Perform medication reconciliation and provide drug information support to healthcare professionals. • Participate in clinical services, including multidisciplinary ward rounds and ambulatory care services. • Dispense medications and provide patient counselling to support safe and effective medication use. • Contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of pharmacy services to ensure timely and cost‑effective care delivery. • Support pharmacy education and training initiatives, including lectures, mentoring, and supervision of students and junior staff. • For more experienced candidates, lead or contribute to curriculum design, training programmes, and cross‑departmental education initiatives. • Assign, supervise, and review the work of pharmacy assistants and technicians, where applicable. • Participate in departmental quality improvement projects and administrative duties as required. • Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational needs. Requirements • Degree or post‑graduate degree in Pharmacy. • Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. • Demonstrated clinical competency in hospital or healthcare pharmacy practice. • Clinical pharmacy experience is required; a minimum of 5 years of experience is an added advantage for senior‑level responsibilities. • Candidates with varying levels of experience are welcome and will be considered for an appropriate role scope. • Interest or experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is an added advantage. • Experience in developing clinical services, education programmes, or quality improvement initiatives is an added advantage.
