Perm | Quality Engineer (Aerospace - CMM Programming) | Changi | Up to $7000 #NKA

Location: Changi (Pickup from Tampines, Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Kranji) Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4:48pm Job Responsibilities: • To perform quality assurance functions with regard to the product, process and maintain quality management system while ensuring compliance with all related government agencies, aviation authorities and customers requirements and regulations • Review and revise quality procedures and quality control instructions • Liaise with customers / vendors / suppliers on non-conformance activities, perform root cause analysis and determine effective corrective actions to reduce or eliminate the cost of poor quality • Perform internal audits to evaluate quality system, products and processes (ISO9001 / AS9100 / NADCAP) • Perform vendors’ and on-site audits as required • Uphold customers’ and regulatory authorities’ requirements • Develop and create CMM inspection programs • Drive down monthly Cost of Poor Quality/ scrap Job Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineering / other relevant disciplines • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Aerospace manufacturing (OEM) QA environment • Able and have at least 2 years working experiences on CMM program • Familiar with ISO9001 / AS9100 Quality Management System requirements • Experience in leading and using problem-solving tools including fishbone diagrams, FMEA and 5-whys methodology • Familiar with NADCAP processes including heat treatment, non-conventional machining, shotpeening and chemical processing would be an advantage Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
