Financial Control Analyst – Banking (6 months contract)

Job Responsibilities: Regulatory monitoring and reporting • Responsible for daily MAS and SGX regulatory ratios monitoring • Responsible for MAS and SGX report preparation and submission Financial and management reporting • Responsible for performing month-end closing controls • Perform in-depth analysis on financial performance/key metrics and prepare reports for local management and business lines • Support manager in other controls and governance, statutory and other audits of entities • Support manager in review of Group reporting packages ALM and Tax • Responsible for ALCO deck preparation • Responsible for preparation of quarterly GST reporting for entities • Contribute to annual corporate income tax return and transfer pricing document preparation, including liaison with tax advisors Requirements • University degree in Accountancy. • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the banking industry • Knowledge of regulatory reporting in the banking industry would be an advantage • Candidates with external audit experience in financial sector are welcome to apply • Strong analytical skills • Good communication and presentation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Experience in basic coding or relevant vendor solution like Power BI
