As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own portfolio of clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent, contract, and temporary positions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Identify business opportunities through business development activities, networking, referrals, and market research. • Understand clients' hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using various recruitment channels. • Match suitable candidates to job opportunities and manage the interview process. • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process. • Negotiate employment offers and manage the offer acceptance process. • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices. • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, TAFEP guidelines, and internal recruitment processes. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • Prior recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is an advantage. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient. • Strong organisational and time management skills. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates from diverse industries.
