Senior Staff Nurse – Critical Care [WCAN]

• Provide comprehensive and continuous nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with professional standards and hospital protocols. • Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, provide appropriate nursing care and promptly escalate significant changes to the relevant healthcare professionals. • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, nursing documentation and care-related reports. • Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control requirements, clinical procedures, hospital policies and patient safety standards. • Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to promote safe, coordinated and effective patient care. • Contribute to maintaining high standards of nursing practice within the clinical area. • Undertake other nursing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
