SUMMARY AND BENEFITS • Work location: Raffles City Shopping Centre / One Holland Village / Parkway Parade • Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week • Sign-on bonus (Terms and conditions apply) • Staff incentive program • On-the-job Training provided ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations. • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules. • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked. • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly. • Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations. • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests. • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints. • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. • Standard service duties.
