Safety Coordinator (Construction)

Safety Coordinator (Construction) Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and company safety requirements. • Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards. • Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements. • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings. • Prepare and maintain WSH documentation, reports, and safety records. • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions. • Support safety audits and promote continuous improvement. • Perform other safety-related duties assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements • WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with a valid refresher certificate. • Work at Heights (WAH) Assessor and Risk Management certifications. • Minimum 3 year of construction safety experience. • Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
