Location: Marine Parade, Pasir Ris, Bukit Merah, Tampines, Punggol Working hours Weekday: 7am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday – Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor) – Certain day might be 645am but quite rare Every Sat: 7am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Need to follow the roster planned by supervisor) 44 hours per work week Job Description • Greet and register patients • Schedule patient appointment • Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner • Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary • Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service • Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station Salary: $2500 Requirements • Comfortable to use computer for patient registration / schedule appointment / payment • Must be ok to start as early as 7am on certain days.
