Executive Secretary to General Manager | Corporate Banking | Up to $5,500 📍 Raffles Place | One Raffles Quay 💰 $4,500–$5,500/month 🕘 Monday to Friday | 8:50am–5:30pm 🏢 Corporate Banking Environment Excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager of an established corporate bank. 💼 Key Responsibilities • Manage the GM’s calendar, appointments and meeting schedules • Coordinate internal and external meetings and receive visitors • Prepare reports, correspondence and meeting materials as required • Screen, prioritise and organise incoming correspondence, particularly urgent or important matters • Coordinate business lunches, dinners and restaurant reservations • Arrange business travel, including itineraries, travel authorisations and expense claims • Check and reconcile travel receipts and expenses • Maintain proper filing and documentation of reports and correspondence • Coordinate and disseminate information across relevant departments and stakeholders • Distribute necessary documents to relevant departments • Support general administrative and corporate coordination matters • Perform other duties as assigned 📩 Interested candidates, please send your updated CV to jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg or Telegram @jocelynchan.
