Info can be share ATM: - • Basic (Up to $12000) + VB + petrol card $500 • Penjuru Road area • Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am – 12pm Your Responsibilities: - • Oversee daily operations of the waste management facility, ensuring efficient waste collection, transportation, processing, disposal, and recycling activities. • Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and service delivery. • Drive business growth and cost optimization by identifying new opportunities, improving resource utilization, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue. • Manage financial performance and operational KPIs, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and reporting to senior management. • Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
