Temp Patient Service Associate ($2.5k/Islandwide) #HZOT

Location: Central/East/North-East Working Hours: • Weekdays: 7.00AM–7.00PM (8 hours/day according to roster) • Saturdays: 7.00AM–1.30PM (4 hours according to roster) • Must be comfortable starting as early as 7.00AM on some days Job Responsibilities: • Register and assist patients. • Schedule appointments and coordinate specialist referrals. • Handle payments and patient enquiries. • Address patient concerns and escalate when required. • Provide good customer service to patients. • Assist at the health monitoring station, including taking patients’ height, weight and blood pressure.
