Perm Sonographer (Fetal Care Centre / 5.5 Days Office Hours)

Working Hours: 5.5 Days Office Hours Location: WEST Job Description: *To perform clinical imaging duties in ultrasound. *To assist consultants in ultrasound guided procedures. *To oversee the smooth operations of the ultrasound section and ensure proper usage and care of equipment of the section at all times. *To ensure quality assurance programmes are implemented and observed as well as initiate system improvement within the section. *To deliver accurate and speedy imaging outputs at all times. *To produce desired results effectively within given duration and allocated resources. *To handle difficult situations like patients’ complaints and queries within the department/ section promptly and effectively. *To render prompt and courteous service delivery to external and internal customers. *To ensure efficient patient turnaround time per examination. *To plan, organize and prioritize assigned tasks such that all are completed effectively and on time. *To adhere to safe work practices especially safety and infection control. Requirements: *Min Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Radiography / Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent *Accredited by recognized institutions/organizations e.g. Diploma/Degree in Medical Ultrasonography, Graduate diploma in medical Ultrasonography (DMU).
