Insurance Policy Administration (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Process policy servicing requests, renewal billing, member updates and policy amendments. Perform data entry, uploads, validation and reconciliation to ensure accurate policy and billing records. Check billing information, premium calculations and supporting documents. Handle enquiries relating to billing, member information and policy servicing. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and documentation. Work with internal teams such as Sales, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and IT to resolve operational matters. Ensure transactions comply with established procedures, data protection requirements and regulatory guidelines. Support peak-period operations, process improvements, UAT and system enhancements. Assist with ad-hoc projects and other operational duties as required.
