Service & Parts Admin (1 Year Contract) #NKC

Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 5.30pm Alt Sat - 8.30am to 12.30pm Handle invoicing and administrative documentation for Service & Parts operations. Process and monitor Repair Orders (ROs) and Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely closure. Prepare and submit tender documents in line with company requirements. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and prepare ageing and periodic reports. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on operational and administrative matters. Support invoice submissions through government ePortals and track outstanding payments. Assist with incentive payouts and freight charge documentation. Arrange tender meetings, prepare meeting documents and take meeting minutes. Provide general administrative support to the Service & Parts team. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
