Finance Executive (Private Investment Firm)

Job Description • Manage full sets of accounts and general ledger activities for investment-related entities • Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reports in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting schedules and supporting documentation • Process accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment transactions • Support investment operations through recording of capital calls, distributions, dividends and other investment-related activities • Assist in portfolio reporting, budgeting exercises and financial analysis • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents and external service providers for statutory and compliance requirements • Drive process enhancement and automation initiatives to improve finance operations and reporting efficiency The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline • Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards • Experience handling month-end and year-end closing activities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities • High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail • Ability to manage confidential information in a professional manner What's on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and well-capitalised private investment environment with broad exposure to investment accounting and treasury operations.
