Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from job requisition and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment databases • Screen and assess candidates based on job requirements and organisational needs • Conduct interviews and coordinate interview arrangements with hiring managers • Partner with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide recruitment updates • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Prepare and extend job offers, and support candidates throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely updates to the applicant tracking system • Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives • Participate in recruitment projects and other HR initiatives as required Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good stakeholder management and organisational skills • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively • Good attention to detail and follow-through For all interested applicants: Apply now by sending your resume to ashley.loo@recruitexpress.com.sg We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
