Pharmaceutical Procurement Executive [SL]

• Support pharmaceutical procurement, sourcing, tender exercises and supplier evaluation. • Maintain relationships with approved pharmaceutical manufacturers, suppliers and wholesalers. • Monitor supplier pricing, contractual terms, GPO arrangements and agreement validity. • Analyse medication usage and inventory data to support demand forecasting and minimise stockouts and product expiry. • Consolidate purchase requests from medical centres and clinics and generate and monitor purchase orders through the ERP system. • Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules and outstanding orders. • Support appropriate handling and storage of temperature-sensitive medications in accordance with cold-chain requirements. • Assist with urgent medication repacking and dispatch activities in accordance with established procedures. • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and support internal and external audit requirements. • Coordinate product quality issues, defects and recalls with relevant suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Support cost optimisation initiatives while considering supply continuity, product quality and applicable clinical requirements. • Reconcile purchase orders, delivery documents and invoices with the Finance team. • Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) in the relevant operating and ERP systems. • Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management and Finance. • Perform other relevant procurement duties as assigned.
