Through practical training, coaching and station assignments, you will develop the skills to lead frontline employees and oversee station safety, service quality, customer service and operational performance. • Ensure operational SOPs, safety procedures and parcel-handling standards are followed.
• Monitor delivery timeliness, service quality and productivity, and follow up on shipment exceptions and operational issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and service concerns, coordinating with Customer Service and other teams to resolve complaints and delivery issues.
• Support team briefings, frontline employee training and coaching.
• Maintain accurate operational records, prepare reports and use performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.

• Previous experience supervising drivers, warehouse employees or other frontline teams is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of logistics processes, operational SOPs and safety requirements.
• Experience in customer service, including handling inquiries, complaints or delivery-related issues.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to allocate tasks and follow through on operational issues.
• Comfortable using computers, email and Microsoft Excel for operational records and reporting.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required to communicate operational instructions, conduct briefings, provide training and review operational communications with English- and Mandarin-speaking drivers and frontline employees.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is an advantage when coordinating with our multilingual frontline teams.
• Willingness to participate in hands-on operational work and train or work at different service stations across Singapore.
• Able to work the operational roster required for the assigned station, which may include weekends and public holidays.
Development Pathway
The programme aims to prepare trainees to take responsibility for a service station during 2027. Development and assessment will focus on:
• Logistics processes and SOP execution.
• Safety and service quality.
• Customer service and issue resolution.
• Manpower coordination and frontline team supervision.
• Operational reporting, productivity and continuous improvement.
Progression will be based on individual readiness and performance, together with business needs and position availability.
Candidates will be assessed based on relevant experience, skills, ability to perform the role and potential to lead frontline teams.
