HR Executive - 1 year contract.

Overview: - • Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week) • Working Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm Thursday, 8:30am–5:30pm Friday • Working Location: Pasir Ris • Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3800 + 1 month completion bonus Your Responsibilities: - • Manage full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to confirmation and offboarding. • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and employment administration processes. • Handle Work Permit and employment-related applications, renewals, and documentation where required. • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation. • Manage and monitor leave, attendance, and employee information in accordance with company policies. • Support payroll administration, employee enquiries, and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters. • Prepare HR reports, letters, and management documentation, while liaising with internal departments and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
