Cleanroom Operations Technician [AY]

Cleanroom & Equipment Operations • Safely handle, inspect and clean delicate quartz and mechanical components using automated washing equipment in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Perform cleaning and handling activities carefully to prevent contamination, damage or quality issues. • Follow applicable cleanroom procedures and equipment operating requirements. Inventory & Logistics Management • Receive, unpack and verify incoming parts against purchase orders, delivery documents and relevant records. • Maintain proper identification and handling of components throughout the receiving and storage process. • Prepare, kit and issue parts accurately to engineering teams based on approved requirements. • Support inventory movement and logistics activities within the cleanroom and warehouse areas. Repair & Return Management • Coordinate the shipment of parts requiring external repair or servicing. • Prepare and maintain Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) documentation where applicable. • Track repair status, turnaround times and returned components, and follow up with external service providers as required. Data & Inventory Records • Update ERP/WMS systems promptly and accurately for stock receipts, movements, repairs, returns and scrap transactions. • Maintain accurate and complete digital records to support inventory traceability and operational reporting. Safety & Compliance • Comply with applicable cleanroom protocols, chemical handling procedures and workplace safety requirements. • Use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow established safety procedures when handling chemicals, equipment and components. • Maintain good housekeeping and support a safe, clean and organised work environment.
