Finance Admin — AMK

Job Responsibilities: • Monitor outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and proactively follow up with project managers and account owners on ageing receivables to ensure timely collection. • Track and report on project costs, committed costs, budgets, and financial performance. • Monitor project profitability, including EBIT/EBITX performance, and highlight any budget variances or financial risks. • Support monthly financial closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Assist project managers in budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control. • Prepare regular finance reports on revenue, receivables, project margins, committed costs, and budget utilization. • Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors on invoicing, payment status, and financial matters. • Support ad-hoc finance, budgeting, and business administration activities as assigned. Job Requirements • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • 2–5 years of experience in finance, project finance, or financial administration. • Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cost monitoring. • Good understanding of project financial management, including budgets, committed costs, and profitability (EBIT/EBITX). • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in following up on outstanding receivables with project managers and customers. • Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience: • Experience supporting project-based businesses or engineering/technology organisations. • Familiarity with project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. • Knowledge of financial forecasting and management reporting.
