Finance Manager [EL]

• Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial reporting. • Prepare monthly management reports, Head Office (HQ) reports and other financial reports required by Management. • Review management accounts and provide detailed variance analysis, including commentary on key movements and trends in the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet. • Analyse financial performance and provide meaningful insights to support business planning and management decision-making. • Act as the key liaison between the Finance function and Corporate Secretary on corporate governance matters, including the preparation and coordination of Board Resolutions and relevant statutory requirements. • Coordinate and support year-end audit activities, ensuring the timely preparation of financial schedules, supporting documents and audit requirements. • Oversee tax-related matters, including GST, Corporate Income Tax and transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with applicable Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and relevant stakeholders on audit, tax and financial reporting matters where required. • Monitor changes in applicable accounting, tax and statutory requirements and coordinate appropriate actions within the Finance function. • Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and other assignments as required by Management.
